When asked to explain her abysmal voting record as a New York citizen, Princess Caroline (Kennedy) reportedly told the AP:
“I was really surprised and dismayed by my voting record. I’m glad it’s been brought to my attention.”
Um…OK. So Caroline, who is now virtually begging Gov. Paterson to appoint her to the US Senate, was unaware that she has repeatedly failed to perform the most basic civic duty? No wonder she doesn’t want to run for public office the old fashioned way. Not only does she boast a humiliating record of non-interest in public or political life, she has ZERO intuitive political skills when it comes to answering questions about her qualifications.
Does Caroline’s history of non-voting remind anyone else of Obama’s record of voting “present?” Change you can believe in!
